Xiaomi opens its largest Singapore store at Jewel Changi Airport

Xiaomi opens its largest Singapore store at Jewel Changi Airport, featuring smart home tech, exclusive deals, and its Human x Car x Home vision.

Xiaomi will officially open its largest retail store in Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport, marking a milestone for the brand’s local presence. Spanning 203 square metres, the new outlet is the company’s 10th in Singapore and the biggest to date, offering visitors an expanded range of products and experiences.

The directly operated store features over 400 different items, from smartphones to smart home devices, alongside a new dedicated Smart Home section. Designed to mirror the look and feel of other Xiaomi outlets, the store aims to provide a seamless experience for customers exploring its growing product ecosystem.

Expanding the Human x Car x Home concept

The launch at Jewel highlights Xiaomi’s push to integrate its “Human x Car x Home” vision, which brings together personal devices, home appliances, and vehicles. The company sees its retail network as a key way to introduce this ecosystem to both Singapore residents and international travellers passing through Changi Airport.

By the end of 2025, Xiaomi expects to have more than 15 stores in Singapore, with plans to surpass 20 by the end of 2026. The brand also intends to use its outlets as venues for community engagement, including photography exhibitions, workshops, and Mi Fan gatherings. As Xiaomi prepares to launch its vehicles in global markets, the company plans to integrate car-related experiences into its stores.

Strengthening smart home presence in Southeast Asia

The Jewel store’s Smart Home section underscores Xiaomi’s global expansion into home appliances, which began earlier this year in Southeast Asia. Since March 2025, the company has sold more than 10,000 large home appliances in the region, including over 8,500 air conditioners. In Singapore, the recently launched Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg quickly sold out after its debut in August 2025, showing strong consumer interest.

The new section will showcase popular products such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines, reflecting Xiaomi’s ambition to grow its connected home business internationally.

Exclusive opening promotions

To celebrate the launch, Xiaomi will run limited-time promotions on 11 and 12 October. Offers include 50% off the Xiaomi Mix Flip (limited to five units per day) and the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 (limited to 10 units per day). Other deals feature deep discounts on devices like the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 and a complimentary Redmi Pad Pro with the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, subject to availability.

The Xiaomi Store at Jewel Changi Airport will operate daily from 11 AM to 9 PM. Its location at one of Singapore’s most visited destinations is expected to attract both local shoppers and international travellers, further strengthening Xiaomi’s visibility in the region.
