Yamaha Corporation partners with Informatica to use AI-driven data management for innovation and enhanced customer engagement.

Yamaha Corporation, globally acclaimed for its musical instruments, has partnered with Informatica to enhance its data handling capabilities. Informatica, a pioneer in AI-powered cloud data management, announced today that its Master Data Management (MDM) solution is set to streamline Yamaha’s vast data sources to foster innovation and boost customer engagement.

Yamaha’s initiative, part of its “Make Waves” brand promise, aims to stir customer enthusiasm through innovative product designs. By integrating Informatica’s MDM, Yamaha plans to merge disparate data from over 200 systems worldwide, spanning product details, customer interactions, and financial records.
