HP unveils AI-enhanced and eco-friendly notebook lineup at HP Amplify

HP's latest AI-driven and environmentally conscious notebook lineup, announced at HP Amplify, featuring advanced Elite and Pro PC solutions.

If you’re keen on the latest tech, HP’s announcement at the HP Amplify event in Las Vegas will catch your attention. The company has introduced a new range of Elite and Pro PC solutions, integrating the power of AI with either Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 processors or AMD Ryzen PRO processors. These processors are accompanied by dedicated NPUs, making AI tasks more manageable. Additionally, these notebooks come with Windows 11 Pro and Copilot for Windows, ensuring a cutting-edge user experience.

Elite and Pro series: Innovating with AI and sustainability

The HP EliteBook 1000 Series G11 Notebook leads the pack, an AI-driven PC designed for business professionals who are always on the move. With options for a clamshell or two-in-one design, this notebook offers up to 21 hours of battery life, ensuring productivity isn’t hindered by the need for constant charging. The impressive performance is attributed to the Intel Core Ultra H-processor, coupled with up to 32GB of RAM and 2TB of storage. This setup boosts graphics performance by up to 80% and enhances efficiency in AI-enhanced tasks, including faster AI video editing. Furthermore, the HP Smart Sense technology fine-tunes power usage, reduces noise by up to 40%, and monitors energy consumption. In a nod to environmental responsibility, over 70% of the major components are made from recycled materials, including fishnets used in the keyboard.

The HP EliteBook 800 and 805 Series G11 Notebooks are ideal for those requiring both performance and collaboration tools. These notebooks range from the compact 13-inch EliteBook 830 to the more expansive 16-inch touchscreen EliteBook 860. Both models are powered by Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 or AMD Ryzen PRO processors. The EliteBook 860 is notable for its Poly Studio with AI Noise Reduction and a 5MP camera, ensuring clear and effective communication during video calls. These models also champion sustainability, incorporating at least 75% PCR plastic in the bezel.

The HP EliteBook 600 and 605 Series G11 Notebooks, tailored for hybrid work environments, blend robust performance with various size options, including up to a 16-inch AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processor-powered device with an optional touchscreen display. Emphasising HP’s commitment to sustainability, these devices incorporate at least 30% PCR plastic in the bezel and 50% in the keycaps.

The HP ProBook 400 and 405 Series G11 Notebooks are designed with the hybrid worker in mind, facilitating AI-powered workflows while offering upgradable storage and memory. The standout HP ProBook 465 features a 16-inch display powered by an AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processor. In keeping with HP’s eco-friendly ethos, these notebooks are constructed with 50% post-industrial recycled aluminium in the chassis.

Desktop power and ZBook innovation

The HP Elite Small Form Factor 805 G9 Desktop PC is a versatile and powerful machine, compatible with AMD Phoenix AM5 65W Ryzen 3 to Ryzen 7 processors. It supports an AMD RadeonTM RX 6300 2GB GPU or an NVIDIA T400 4GB GPU, providing ample power for various applications.

Another highlight is the ZBook series, with its AI-enabled capabilities. It includes models like the ZBook Power G11, ZBook Fury G11, and ZBook Studio G11. These devices are suitable for heavy-duty tasks such as 3D modelling, advanced rendering, and AI-powered content creation, supported by CPUs ranging from Intel Core Ultra 5, 7, and 9-gen processors to next-generation AMD Ryzen PRO processors.

Availability and pricing

The HP Elite x360 1040 G11 and HP EliteBook 1040 G11 Notebooks will hit the market in April, with other models soon to follow. The HP ProBook series and the HP Elite Small Form Factor 805 G9 Desktop PC are also slated for release in the coming months, with pricing details to be announced nearer to their availability. The ZBook series is expected to be available from April and May, with prices also to be confirmed.

HP’s latest lineup pushes the boundaries of technological innovation and shows a solid commitment to environmental sustainability. Whether you’re a business professional, a creative, or someone who prioritises efficiency and eco-friendliness, HP’s new range promises to cater to various needs.
