OPPO partners with the Singapore Tourism Board for a 24-hour photography challenge

OPPO Singapore and STB launch a 24-hour photography contest with cash prizes, highlighting Singapore’s beauty with the new Find X8 Pro.

OPPO Singapore and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) are teaming up to present a unique photography contest, #Find24HourMiracle. This collaboration celebrates the upcoming launch of OPPO’s Find X8 series and offers photography enthusiasts the chance to showcase Singapore’s beauty through the lens of OPPO’s flagship phone.

A photography challenge with a twist

As part of this exciting event, OPPO will select 20 participants, each receiving the new OPPO Find X8 Pro smartphone. The task? Capture a photo collection highlighting Singapore’s charm and diversity within a strictly 24-hour timeframe. Whether your style leans towards cityscapes, nature, or candid street shots, the key is creativity and originality, all captured using the OPPO Find X8 Pro.

The challenge aims to emphasise Singapore as “one of the world’s most captivating destinations,” featuring its iconic landmarks, vibrant neighbourhoods, and hidden gems. The time of day is up to the participants, allowing for flexibility in capturing Singapore’s unique allure.

How to participate

Interested photographers can sign up until November 22, 2024. Details on how to join are available on OPPO Singapore’s official Instagram and Facebook pages. Those selected for the challenge will be notified by November 28, 2024.

Once chosen, the 20 participants’ photo submissions will be judged by an esteemed panel, which will include photographer Andy Yong, documentarian Amrita Chandradas, actor Romeo Tan, and OPPO’s Director of Image Effect of Cognition, Joy Cheng.

Awards and prizes

The contest offers two prestigious awards:

  • The Best Story Award for the most captivating photo collection comes with a cash prize of S$5,000.
  • The Special Moment Award, recognising the best single photo, includes an exclusive Miracle Gift Box.

OPPO Singapore hopes this challenge will inspire participants to push creative boundaries while highlighting Singapore’s diverse beauty.

Whether you’re an experienced photographer or passionate about storytelling through visuals, this is your chance to shine.
