Pure Storage introduces revamped reseller partner program to drive profitability and growth

Pure Storage’s revamped reseller partner program equips partners with new tools, training, and incentives to boost profitability and market success.

Pure Storage has launched an updated Reseller Partner Program designed to offer greater profitability and growth opportunities for its partners. The new program focuses on equipping partners to help customers transition to the Pure Storage Platform and replace outdated disk-based storage with Pure’s all-flash solutions. This update also supports partners in addressing key data storage needs, including AI-driven demands and cyber resilience.

Meeting modern IT challenges

As the IT landscape undergoes rapid change with consumption-based models and the rise of AI, businesses require scalable and flexible storage solutions. Pure Storage’s program is designed to help partners provide tailored solutions that adapt to evolving customer needs. By doing so, partners can lead data storage transformations, delivering better business outcomes and modern IT infrastructures.

“Pure Storage is deeply committed to driving shared success with its partners and we are excited to deliver a reimagined program experience that positions partners for exponential growth,” said Amy Fowler, General Manager, Commercial at Pure Storage. “Partners recognise the unrivalled value in leading with the Pure Storage Platform to solve customers’ most challenging data storage use cases.”

Key program enhancements

Pure Storage has added new solution-oriented training and on-demand courses to better equip partners for changing market needs. The training, coupled with in-person technical boot camps, helps partners develop deeper industry expertise and strengthens their role as trusted advisors. The program also introduces new incentives and rebates, rewarding partners who accelerate customer adoption of Pure’s solutions.

The updated program focuses on four critical areas to address IT challenges:

  • Hybrid cloud optimisation: Partners can deliver seamless mobility, cost efficiency, and consistent storage services across hybrid environments.
  • AI-ready infrastructure: Partners can help unify data, allowing faster AI model training and data-driven insights.
  • Modern applications: Support for automating and unifying data across on-premises, public, or hybrid cloud environments ensures customers can optimise their application workflows.
  • Cyber resilience: Partners can provide multi-tiered solutions that secure and defend data before, during, and after cyberattacks.

Kapil Bansal, Senior Vice President of Partner Management & Solutions at SHI International, noted, “Pure really leaned in and revamped their Reseller Partner Program by enhancing the unique tools and processes we need to deliver additional value to our customers. These program enhancements will help more efficiently address the huge customer demand in the storage market.”

Tools driving partner success

Pure Storage’s enhanced program includes several tools to help partners achieve higher profitability and meet customer needs efficiently:

  • Pure Partner Intelligence: Access to real-time insights and analytics enables partners to identify growth opportunities and proactively expand customer relationships.
  • Pure Realize: Partners can enhance customer conversations by offering tailored use-case proposals and solution expertise for specific business challenges.
  • Digital Partner Master Services Agreement (DPMSA): Partners can streamline processes for upgrades, expansions, and renewals, improving operational efficiency through the Pure1 platform.
  • Operational improvements: A redesigned partner portal, CPQ tools, and guided selling will boost sales speed and partner autonomy throughout the fiscal year.

The program enhancements aim to create a comprehensive ecosystem, allowing partners to optimise sales, deepen customer engagement, and capture greater market share through competitive replacements and Pure Storage adoption.
