ASUS ROG launches Strix OLED XG32U series gaming monitors in Singapore

ASUS ROG launches Strix OLED XG32U series in Singapore, offering 4K WOLED panels, high refresh rates, and advanced OLED protection.

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has introduced the Strix OLED XG32UCWMG and XG32UCWG, the world’s first 4K WOLED gaming monitors featuring TrueBlack Glossy film. Both models combine high refresh rates with advanced OLED protection, delivering professional-grade visuals and reliability for competitive and casual gamers.

Advanced OLED display technology

The 32-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) WOLED panels offer refresh rates of 240Hz for the XG32UCWMG and 165Hz for the XG32UCWG, alongside an ultra-fast 0.03ms grey-to-grey response time. The ROG-developed TrueBlack Glossy film combines a zero-haze optical layer with an advanced anti-reflective coating to reduce ambient reflections by up to 38% compared to previous glossy WOLED panels. This ensures deeper blacks and greater clarity, even under bright lighting.

To enhance text and fine-line clarity, the ASUS Clear Pixel Edge algorithm eliminates red-green fringing, making these monitors suitable for both gaming and productivity. The panels also incorporate ASUS OLED Anti-Flicker and Extreme Low Motion Blur technologies to maintain smooth visuals during extended use.

Dual-mode performance and competitive gaming features

Each monitor includes a Dual-mode setting that allows users to switch from native 4K to full HD for esports-focused performance. This enables up to 480Hz on the XG32UCWMG and 330Hz on the XG32UCWG, offering the fluidity needed for fast-paced titles. Built-in Aspect-Ratio Control provides optimised 24- and 27-inch window sizes for competitive FPS games, ensuring sharper images without stretching.

The monitors are designed for extended gaming sessions, combining high refresh rates with technologies that reduce eye strain. They are also equipped with a range of connectivity options, including two HDMI 2.1 ports, DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC, USB-C with 15W power delivery, and a headphone jack. Auto KVM functionality allows users to control two devices with the same keyboard and mouse, with quick switching supported by DisplayWidget Center software.

OLED Care Pro and space-saving design

ASUS has integrated its latest OLED Care Pro suite, which includes pixel refresh, image shifting, and logo brightness limiting to prevent burn-in. The Neo Proximity sensor detects when a user steps away and automatically dims the display, restoring brightness instantly upon return. The detection distance can be adjusted via the onscreen display.

The stand is 45% more compact than previous 32-inch ROG OLED designs, freeing up desk space while still offering full tilt, swivel, and height adjustments. Both models come with a three-year burn-in warranty, reinforcing their reliability for long-term use.

The ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG32UCWMG and XG32UCWG will be available in Singapore from mid-September 2025. The XG32UCWMG will retail for S$1,549, while the XG32UCWG will be priced at S$1,349.
