Apple creates a new celebrity hub to showcase stars across its platforms

Apple has quietly launched a new website to help you explore celebrity content across its TV, Music, and Podcasts apps.

Apple has quietly introduced a new website called Snapshot on Apple—a dedicated celebrity hub designed to highlight stars and their work featured across Apple’s services. Without making a big announcement, Apple has allowed the new page to go live, offering users a fun and interactive way to discover where their favourite celebrities appear within Apple’s apps.

A simple, visual way to explore celebrity profiles

When you first land on the Snapshot on Apple page, two slow-moving rows of celebrity photos slide across the screen. There’s no option to scroll or search manually — the experience is designed to be relaxed and visual. As of now, you can view a total of 36 celebrity profiles. Some big names featured include Bad Bunny, Dua Lipa, Serena Williams, Matt Damon, Drake, and Kendrick Lamar.

Clicking on a celebrity’s image takes you to a dedicated page about them. These mini-profiles offer you a short biography and highlight the movies, shows, music, and podcasts they’re involved in. You’ll find direct links to Apple TV, Apple Music, and Apple Podcasts, making jumping right into the content easy. It’s a bit like a personalised Apple version of platforms like Linktree or Feature.fm, which many artists use to share their latest projects in one place.

Designed to connect you with your favourite stars

Let’s say you click on Zendaya’s card. Her page briefly introduces her as an American actress and singer. If you want to read more, tap the “more” button to see her complete profile. Underneath that, you’ll see a list of content she’s featured in — such as Spider-Man: No Way Home or her podcast appearance on The Late Show Pod Show with Stephen Colbert. Each item includes a link that links you to the show, film, or podcast within Apple’s apps.

This format gives you a smooth and direct way to access celebrity content without jumping from one app to another. It’s ideal if you’re a fan of a particular star and want to see everything they’ve done that’s available through Apple.

A preview of something bigger?

While Snapshot on Apple looks polished, it still feels like a work in progress. The limited number of profiles and lack of search or manual scrolling suggest that this site is either in early testing or part of a larger feature yet to be released. Apple hasn’t said publicly about the hub, so its future use — possibly as part of an app or an integrated Apple experience — is still unclear.

Even though it’s simple, the site offers an engaging new way to explore celebrity content. Whether you’re a music lover, film fan, or podcast follower, the hub could be a helpful tool if Apple chooses to develop it further. For now, it remains a quiet but interesting addition to Apple’s digital world.
