The COMEX and IT Show Team announces the launch of Singapore’s first CEE Festival 2021, featuring a multiplatform format with online and offline promotions over 11 days!

From May 27, Thursday, consumers can choose to shop from the comfort of their homes at participating exhibitors’ online stores 24/7 or via the live sales sessions hosted on the COMEX and IT Show Facebook page. Alternatively, they can also head down to visit participating exhibitors’ retail outlets or showrooms during the festival period from May 27 to June 6, as there is no physical show held at Suntec this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Exhibitors participating in the CEE Festival 2021 include familiar faces, top brands, and local favourites such as Challenger, Acer, Harvey Norman, Dreamcore, APOL, Dell, Philips, Omnidesk, Aftershock PC, PRISM+, and Starhub, among others. Shoppers will be able to look forward to the best deals on the widest and hottest variety of consumer electronics, gadgets, and accessories at up to 80 percent off.

A highlight of this year’s CEE Festival 2021 is the “gaming room category,” featuring this season’s must-have gaming products and devices catering to gaming enthusiasts to upgrade their gaming sanctuaries and set-ups.

This will be featured alongside a plethora of new launches and unbeatable deals and promotions on consumer electronics from participating exhibitors in the form of a digital brochure to be released on May 24 on the CEE website.

Other highlights include a ‘spend and win’ lucky draw, Facebook live sales sessions, and trade-in and repair services.

To celebrate the launch of the inaugural CEE Festival 2021, consumers can stay tuned to the COMEX and IT Show social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) on May 7 for an exciting giveaway in collaboration with APOL Singapore, with an APOL Kraken Fossil Grey Chair (worth $428) to be won.

June Ng, the Head of Sales (Tech Sector) at SingEx-Sphere Holdings Pte Ltd, said: “The multiplatform format and digital brochure we introduced during Singapore’s first ever IT Show Festival earlier this year was well-received by consumers and exhibitors alike. Hence, we decided to adopt a similar format, with the addition of a live streaming component over a 11-day festival period which coincides with the upcoming June school holidays.

“The team also noticed a growing demand and interest for gaming gadgets and devices based on consumer sentiments and feedback from the ground, and thus wanted to explore this new segment to expand beyond consumer electronics goods and services. As such, we will be introducing a thematic gaming room category for the CEE Festival 2021 which consumers can look forward to.”

Register your interest for the CEE Festival 2021 here, or find out more about the event by visiting the CEE 2021 website, Facebook, and Instagram pages as the team unveils more information in the upcoming weeks.
