Delta Electronics showcases future-ready building automation at MARVEX 2025

Delta Electronics showcases future-ready building automation solutions at MARVEX 2025, focusing on sustainability, efficiency, and smarter operations.

Delta Electronics has unveiled its latest building automation technologies at MARVEX 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, demonstrating solutions designed to improve energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and operational performance across both new developments and retrofit projects.

The company, known globally for its expertise in power management and smart green solutions, is presenting a range of systems including LOYTEC and Delta Controls Building Management Systems, the Intelligent Community Management System (iCMS), UNO Indoor Air Quality Monitoring, and the AI-powered security platform VORTEX. These integrated solutions are aimed at helping building owners and facility managers create sustainable, adaptable spaces that reduce energy use, enhance comfort, and extend the lifecycle of facilities.

Driving sustainable and intelligent operations

Speaking at the event, Jimmy Wan, Country Manager of Delta Electronics Singapore & Malaysia, said, “Buildings of the future will be intelligent, adaptable, and sustainable. At MARVEX 2025, we’re highlighting how Delta’s open-integration, data-driven building automation solutions help our customers achieve higher efficiency, healthier environments, and long-term resilience; all while supporting their ESG goals.”

Delta’s showcase aligns with international carbon neutrality and net-zero commitments. Key highlights include the LOYTEC LROC-800 Room Controller, which uses Bluetooth Mesh wireless connectivity for demand-driven energy optimisation and flexible space reconfiguration, and the Delta Controls Red5 Room Controller, which integrates with the enteliWEB central management platform to unify HVAC, lighting, shading, and security through a single interface.

The iCMS platform combines energy management, environmental monitoring, and traffic analytics to improve efficiency across facilities. By applying Delta’s Energy Baseline (EnB) model, it identifies energy use patterns and supports targeted conservation measures. Meanwhile, the UNO Indoor Air Quality Monitoring Solution meets RESET, WELL, and LEED standards, continuously tracking temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, particulate matter, and volatile organic compounds to maintain healthier indoor conditions.

Smart technologies on display

Among the products showcased at Booth 4D397, Hall 4, are:

  • LOYTEC LROC-800 Room Controller & LWEB-900 Building Management System, designed for flexible room automation and open-protocol integration.
  • Delta Controls Red5 Room Controller & enteliWEB Building Management System, offering centralised facility management with real-time data visualisation and simplified control.
  • Intelligent Community Management System (iCMS), delivering predictive analytics for proactive energy and operational management.
  • UNO Indoor Air Quality Monitoring, supporting WELL-certified indoor environments.
  • VORTEX Cloud-Based AI Surveillance, enhancing building safety with AI-powered video monitoring and rapid incident response.

Commitment to a net-zero future

Delta is also leading a Power Talk session under the theme “Upcycle Your Space: Smart Automation for a Sustainable Built Environment,” highlighting how retrofitting with its automation technology can transform existing buildings into energy-smart facilities.

The company has reaffirmed its global commitment to sustainability, with targets to source 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. Delta has also been recognised in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices for 14 consecutive years and named a CDP Supplier Engagement Leader for eight years running.

MARVEX 2025 is taking place from 9 to 12 September at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Visitors can explore Delta’s technologies at Booth 4D397, Hall 4.
