Logitech unveils a new AI-powered prompt tool for faster ChatGPT interaction

[output_post_excerpt]

Logitech has introduced a new AI-driven feature within its Logi Options+ application, called the Logi AI Prompt Builder. This innovative tool, launched in 2024, integrates ChatGPT technology, allowing users to execute text-based commands swiftly and more effectively.

The Logi AI Prompt Builder can be accessed through a special button that users can configure on compatible Logitech devices, including the MX Ergo, Signature, and Studio series. This feature is particularly handy for those who frequently manage tasks such as drafting emails or composing replies.

Designed with practicality in mind, the tool is equipped with various preset tasks, known as ‘recipes’. These recipes are tailored to handle common text-related functions such as ‘Rephrase’, ‘Create Email’, and ‘Reply’, with additional options to customise the style and tone according to the user’s needs. Settings range from ‘persuasive’ to ‘professional’, ensuring that the output aligns with the intended context.

This enhancement is part of Logitech’s broader initiative to incorporate AI into everyday activities, thereby facilitating a smoother digital interaction experience. It provides a quick and streamlined approach to utilising the capabilities of ChatGPT for routine communication tasks, potentially revolutionising the repetitive elements of office work.

In addition to the AI Prompt Builder, Logitech has also unveiled the Signature AI Edition Mouse, which features a dedicated AI prompt button for even greater convenience. However, it’s important to note that this particular model will not be available for sale in Singapore.

For users equipped with a Logitech mouse or keyboard, the Logi AI Prompt Builder is available for download, marking a significant advancement in how professionals interact with AI tools in their daily workflows.
