Pearl Abyss announced today that the Photo Mode has been revamped with new functions in Black Desert SEA. Godr-Ayed sub-weapons and worldwide service celebration rewards are now also available.

Photo Mode is an in-game feature that allows Adventurers to preserve their special memories by taking photos in the world of Black Desert.  The revamp has introduced new features to Photo Mode, such as separate hotkeys, to allow more intuitive editing of photos via visual effects such as filters, blur intensity, gamma, and contrast.

Adventurers can also adjust the ambiance, time, and weather conditions of their photos, allowing them to take photos in a style and environment that best suits them. Moreover, the revamped Photo Mode now has a Social Actions function along with a new Slow Mode, which will help bring out the best quality of your photos.

Following the Godr-Ayed weapons update in June, Godr-Ayed sub-weapons have now also arrived in Black Desert SEA. Godr-Ayed sub-weapons can be obtained by converting TET (IV) Blackstar sub-weapons via selective quests. Adventurers will also need special gemstones to enhance these sub-weapons.

Last but not least, a special video from Black Desert Executive Producer Jae-hee Kim has been released in celebration of the worldwide servicing of Black Desert. In the video, he speaks of his deep appreciation for the continuous support Adventurers have shown throughout the last 8-years since the game first launched in Korea. To commemorate a new milestone, a thank you coupon has also been prepared that consists of a variety of valuable items from 1000 Cron Stones to 53 Combat & Skill EXP 530% Scrolls.

Watch the Executive Producer’s video here and visit the official website for more information about Black Desert SEA.
