StarHub unveils enhanced value-packed device plan with complimentary data roaming

StarHub launches enhanced mobile plans with complimentary data roaming, offering flexible options for every customer.

Starting today, StarHub’s mobile plans will provide hassle-free data roaming, allowing customers to remain connected wherever they travel. Additionally, StarHub is proud to announce its improved value-packed Device Plan, now available in four tiers – S, M, L, and XL. These plans are designed to cater to Singaporeans’ diverse mobile and data needs, incorporating eSIM technology’s convenience.

The inclusion of data roaming in both the Device Plan and the SIM-only Star Plan L emphasises StarHub’s dedication to delivering a superior customer experience. These plans are crafted based on customer preferences, offering a combination of enhanced connectivity and exceptional value. The plans include flexible roaming options and comprehensive global coverage, ideal for avid travellers. This initiative reflects StarHub’s commitment to aligning its products and services with the lifestyles of its customers, empowering them to indulge their wanderlust spontaneously.

Key features of the new mobile offerings

  1. Hassle-free Data Roaming: With complimentary data roaming across the Asia Pacific and other global destinations, customers can enjoy seamless roaming and connect to reliable networks immediately upon arrival. This convenience eliminates switching to a foreign SIM or eSIM, reducing security risks associated with using unfamiliar SIM cards or public WiFi networks.
  2. Reliability: Customers can experience uninterrupted connectivity with StarHub’s robust network, which includes superfast 5G with over 99% nationwide coverage.
  3. Exclusive Entertainment Benefits: Subscribers can enjoy unique bundled perks such as a complimentary three-month subscription to Amazon Prime and one month of GeForce NOW Powered by StarHub, enhancing the mobile experience with a range of entertainment options.

Customers can now sign up or switch to the Device Plan through StarHub’s online store, StarHub App, and at StarHub Shops. Existing customers eligible for re-contracting can access these new plans through the same channels.
