ASUS IoT partners with MSI TEC to provide custom solutions for US businesses

ASUS IoT partners with MSI TEC to deliver Configure-to-Order Services, offering custom solutions for industries like medical, robotics, and automation in the US.

ASUS IoT has announced a strategic partnership with MSI TEC to introduce a Configure-to-Order Service (CTOS) for businesses in the US. This collaboration focuses on providing customised computing, GPU, and AI solutions for various industries, including machine automation, energy controls, medical technology, and robotics such as AGV and AMR systems. By combining modular hardware systems and local support, the partnership aims to help businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and bring products to market faster.

A focus on tailored solutions and efficiency

The partnership highlights three key advantages for clients: customisation, reduced time to market, and cost efficiency. With CTOS, ASUS IoT and MSI TEC will provide bespoke hardware and software solutions designed to adapt to each client’s evolving business needs. These custom solutions aim to enhance scalability while optimising performance across diverse industries.

Ray Lai, General Manager and Sales Vice President of the AIoT Business Group at ASUS North America, shared his enthusiasm: “Through the robust partnership with MSI TEC, we are thrilled to deliver unmatched service to our local clients. This collaboration empowers us to exceed expectations and set new standards across diverse vertical markets.”

Mike Barrett, Vice President of Computing & Networking Solutions at MSI TEC, echoed the sentiment, stating: “MSI TEC is excited to partner with ASUS IoT, an innovator in industrial computing solutions. This collaboration helps our clients bring their products to market faster while minimising investment and resource allocation.”

Driving innovation with a strong R&D foundation

ASUS IoT’s CTOS model is supported by a team of over 5,000 research and development members and 300 AI engineers. This technical expertise ensures that clients receive reliable, tailored solutions, alongside timely after-sales technical support. By leveraging MSI TEC’s local engineering capabilities and ASUS IoT’s innovative technologies, businesses can benefit from streamlined procurement, pre-validated solutions, and optimised inventory management. These improvements aim to lower total costs of ownership (TCO) and improve return on investment (ROI).

The partnership also promises enhanced efficiency for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Custom configurations will reduce the need for excess stock and ongoing maintenance, enabling businesses to operate more effectively while saving on operational costs.
