Hyrule Edition Switch Lite is now available for preorder

[output_post_excerpt]

Preorders have just opened for the highly anticipated ‘Hyrule Edition’ Nintendo Switch Lite. This special edition console celebrates the upcoming release of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. Best Buy is now accepting orders for the limited edition console, priced at US$209.99, ahead of its release on September 26.

A golden tribute to Hylian royalty

The ‘Hyrule Edition’ Switch Lite features a striking golden hue with black trim, a combination that genuinely honors Hylian royalty. The console’s back proudly displays the noble house’s signature crest, while a smaller Triforce symbol is elegantly stamped on the front in the lower-right corner. Although there are no significant differences from a standard Switch Lite, the design tempts you to add it to your collection, especially considering Echoes of Wisdom is the first Zelda game where Princess Zelda is the main character.

While the console does not include the Echoes of Wisdom game, it has a valuable bonus: a 12-month subscription to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, valued at US$49.99. This subscription offers access to additional features.

Benefits of the premium subscription

Nintendo’s premium subscription tier grants you access to online play, cloud-based saves, and a vast library of classic games. These include beloved titles from the Game Boy, Advance, NES, SNES, N64, and even the Sega Genesis eras. Among these classics are some of the most revered Zelda games, such as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. This subscription is a fantastic way to revisit the series’ origins whenever nostalgia strikes.

A must-have for Zelda fans

Whether you are a long-time fan of the Zelda series or new to the adventures in Hyrule, the ‘Hyrule Edition’ Switch Lite is a delightful addition to your gaming arsenal. Its elegant design and the included subscription make it a worthwhile purchase, even if you own a Nintendo Switch. With the release date just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to secure your preorder and prepare for a new adventure with Princess Zelda at the helm.
