InMobi Advertising recognised as top performer and mobile essential in latest sell-side platform report

InMobi Exchange named "Strong Performer" by Forrester, acknowledged as a top mobile-first SSP enabling seamless, secure, and high-quality advertising.

InMobi Advertising has been acknowledged as a “Strong Performer” and a “mobile must-have” in the latest Forrester Wave report on Sell-Side Platforms (SSPs) for Q4 2024. The report, issued by Forrester, highlights InMobi’s mobile-first SSP, the InMobi Exchange, for its strength in driving growth through advanced marketing and monetisation technology.

In the evaluation of 10 sell-side platforms across 33 criteria, InMobi Exchange achieved the highest marks in 12 areas, including Programmatic Auctions, Desktop and Mobile Video, In-game capabilities, Native Ad Support, Audience Targeting, Identity and Measurement, and Open Standards. These scores distinguish InMobi as a strong choice for mobile-focused advertisers.

According to Forrester, InMobi’s SSP sets the bar for maturity in the mobile ad space with a powerful combination of advertising demand sources, signal partnerships, identity solutions, and technical flexibility to bring mobile app advertising features to near-parity with web advertising. Forrester further noted that the platform’s vision and roadmap address gray areas and unresolved publisher issues — like signal loss due to data deprecation — with industry-first solutions like addressability gradients.

Forrester commended InMobi’s exclusive partnerships and channel-specific models, positioning InMobi Exchange as a good match for mobile publishers needing programmatic yield and app installs to meet their goals. “We’re proud that Forrester recognises the value that InMobi Exchange delivers as a mobile-first sell-side solution,” says Abhay Singhal, CEO of InMobi Advertising. “Our approach to programmatic advertising is essential to publishers and app developers who partner with us. Our seamless integration process and robust SDK empower publishers to optimise ad placements, increase fill rates, and drive higher revenues all while maintaining a superior user experience.”

Multi-channel monetisation and AI-driven ad quality controls

InMobi Exchange provides publishers with a seamless multi-channel monetisation platform that supports full-funnel programmatic demand and AI-driven ad experiences, enhancing ad quality assurance. Its flexible integration paths, combined with industry-standard ad quality controls, allow publishers to increase user engagement.

InMobi’s in-house consent, privacy, and addressability solutions enable effective monetisation without additional costs. Through its SDK-driven direct access, the platform minimises intermediary layers, reducing costs and exposure to ad fraud for both publishers and buyers. This direct inventory access helps publishers and advertisers achieve greater efficiencies and protection against invalid traffic. Buyers benefit from hardware-level insights, real-time ad control, and the precision necessary to optimise user engagement. InMobi’s exclusive inventory also undergoes 100% pre-bid invalid traffic filtering and is vetted through measurement partners.

“Forrester’s recognition not only affirms the value InMobi Exchange delivers to publishers, but also highlights how the SSP and SDK deliver exceptional value to buyers,” Singhal adds.

A sustainable, high-performing advertising solution for brands

InMobi Exchange provides buyers with direct access to over 40,000 premium global apps, featuring high-attention, mobile-first ad formats. The platform supports industry-leading viewability standards, as well as sustainability-linked media buying options, delivering secure and high-quality ad solutions for brands.

With its focus on mobile-first ad experiences, InMobi Exchange continues to set high standards, helping brands effectively reach audiences with secure, engaging, and high-performing advertising options in a constantly evolving digital landscape.
