LEGO unveils “The Realm of Possibilities” CNY event at Suntec City Singapore

Celebrate Chinese New Year with LEGO's "The Realm of Possibilities" event at Suntec City, featuring fun activities, giveaways, and exclusive sets.

LEGO fans in Singapore are in for a treat as The LEGO Group kicks off a special Chinese New Year (CNY) celebration with a family-friendly event called “The Realm of Possibilities.” From January 9 to February 9, the event promises interactive activities, exclusive giveaways, and a range of CNY-themed LEGO sets to explore and purchase.

A festive LEGO adventure for families

At the Suntec City Atrium (Tower 1 and 2), the event opens daily from 10:30 AM to 9 PM (starting at 12:30 PM on the first day). Designed to engage children and adults, the adventure features three activity stations led by charming characters, Eddy the Explorer and Sammy the Snake. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Create your own LEGO Koi fish for a symbolic reunion dinner.
  • Gather persimmons to bring good fortune to the village.
  • Make a wish for the new year on a 6-metre-tall digital e-lantern.

Upon completing these activities, participants can redeem exciting goodies. Children aged 4-12 receive a LEGO Firecracker, while those 13 and older are rewarded with a LEGO voucher for purchases at the event. (Note: Redemptions are subject to daily stock availability.)

Special performances and exclusive appearances

Enjoy lion dance performances on January 18 and 25 for a festive flair. LEGO’s first-ever God of Fortune mascot will make special appearances on February 1-2 and February 8-9, perfect for memorable photo opportunities.

Don’t miss participating in a LEGO Ang Bao hunt at a detailed LEGO diorama display. Lucky winners could take home LEGO sets as prizes.

Limited-edition merchandise and offers

Fans looking to bring home exclusive LEGO items can use several purchase-with-gift offers. Here’s what’s available:

  • At the event, a go at the sure-win claw machine with a minimum spend of US$20.50 (S$28).
  • A LEGO Red Ceramic Mug with purchases of US$123 (S$168) or more.
  • A LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Tropical Toucan polybag (30688) for purchases over US$50 (S$68) or a Year of the Snake set (40707) for spending US$80 (S$108). These offers are available at LEGO Certified Stores from January 1 to February 28.
