LG Electronics is set to redefine mobility at CES 2025 with its latest innovation, the LG Mobility Experience (MX) platform. Showcased through the “Lifestyle Solution for Mobility” concept vehicle, LG aims to bridge the gap between home and mobility spaces, offering a fully integrated smart living experience.

The MX platform transforms traditional vehicle cabins into multifunctional spaces, blurring the lines between home and transport. Leveraging LG’s advanced appliance hardware and AI technologies, the platform introduces a modular design that allows users to customise their space to suit their needs. Whether it’s transforming the vehicle into a private media lounge, a creative workspace, or a relaxation zone, the MX platform brings LG’s AI Home solution to mobility.

LG’s approach aligns with shifting trends in the automotive industry, where vehicles are increasingly viewed as personalised lifestyle hubs rather than just modes of transportation. The MX platform enhances this vision by integrating products, AI solutions, and services into one cohesive experience, ensuring superior comfort and convenience for users.

A modular space tailored to every need

The MX platform introduces a dual-cabin design, with a front driver’s cabin and a rear customisable experience space. This rear space can be configured into multifunctional zones, catering to different activities such as work, entertainment, or relaxation.
