The New Spiritborn class is coming to Diablo IV on October 8

Summon and fight enemies as the new Spiritborn class in Diablo IV, launching October 8. Discover unique abilities and new content.

Blizzard Entertainment has revealed exciting details about the upcoming Spiritborn class for Diablo IV, which was initially announced during the June Xbox Showcase event. This new addition is set to launch on October 8, and fans of the series are eagerly anticipating its arrival.

Discover the Spiritborn class

The Spiritborn class is a new addition to the Diablo IV series, bringing a fresh gameplay experience. You can adapt your combat style to different situations by drawing power from four distinct Spirit Guardians: the Jaguar, Gorilla, Eagle, and Centipede. Each guardian offers unique abilities and strengths, allowing for a versatile and dynamic play style.

The Spiritborn originates from Nahantu, a lush jungle region deeply connected to the Spirit Realm, a mystical reflection of Sanctuary. This new class is centred around protecting the Spirit Realm, and with it comes a host of Spiritborn-specific legendary and unique items. These items enhance various playstyles and strengthen the class’s inherent abilities.

Additionally, a new feature called the Incarnate skill tag will be introduced. This will allow you to unlock passive bonuses and powerful abilities, enhancing your Spiritborn experience.

Unlock the Spirit Guardians

A unique class quest will become available once you reach level 15 with your Spiritborn character. Completing this quest unlocks the Spirit Guardians and the Spirit Hall, a unique class mechanic. The Spirit Hall allows you to choose spirits that grant you different bonuses and abilities. At level 15, you can select a primary spirit, and at level 30, a secondary spirit.

This innovative mechanic offers a new layer of strategy and customisation, ensuring that no two Spiritborn characters are alike. You can visit the official Diablo IV blog for more detailed information about the Spiritborn class and its mechanics.

Pre-purchase the Vessel of Hatred expansion

The Spiritborn class is part of the Vessel of Hatred expansion, which introduces the new Nahantu region. This expansion is now available for pre-purchase, giving you early access to all the exciting new content.

Take advantage of the chance to summon and fight enemies as the powerful Spiritborn. Prepare to delve into the new adventures in Diablo IV on October 8.
