Airwallex partners with Discover Global Network to expand payment options

Airwallex partners with Discover Global Network, allowing merchants to accept Discover and Diners Club International cards, reaching 345 million cardholders.

Global fintech company Airwallex has announced a new partnership with Discover Global Network, allowing its merchants to accept Discover and Diners Club International cards, along with other domestic scheme cards. This move gives businesses greater payment flexibility and ensures customers can use their preferred cards at checkout.

Airwallex merchants across Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United Kingdom can now process payments from Discover Global Network’s 345 million cardholders across more than 200 countries and territories. This expansion is expected to reduce cart abandonment rates and enhance the overall customer experience.

By integrating Discover and Diners Club International cards into its platform, Airwallex aims to provide businesses with seamless payment solutions that cater to a global audience.

Airwallex strengthens its global payment capabilities

Airwallex has been steadily expanding its payment offerings and now supports over 160 payment methods worldwide. This includes major global schemes like Discover Global Network as well as various local payment methods. The company’s efforts focus on helping businesses scale internationally by simplifying cross-border transactions.
