Irene Ang’s Chinese New Year resolution focuses on hotel-grade housekeeping for homes with Helpling

Irene Ang partners with Helpling to launch The SuperHelper Method, offering hotel-grade home cleaning with a 50-point checklist for spotless homes.

With Chinese New Year fast approaching, local celebrity and entrepreneur Irene Ang has teamed up with Helpling, Singapore’s leading home services platform, to introduce The SuperHelper Method. This new initiative blends hotel-level housekeeping standards with minimalist organising techniques, ensuring homes are immaculately clean and ready for festive celebrations.

As families across Singapore juggle work, festive preparations, and social commitments, finding time for thorough home cleaning can be a challenge. Helpling’s SuperHelper Method, co-designed with Irene Ang, offers a solution by combining professional cleaning services with a focus on efficiency, attention to detail, and a touch of luxury.

Born from personal experience

The collaboration stems from Irene Ang’s personal struggles with managing her busy schedule and maintaining a clutter-free, restful home environment. Sharing her experience, Irene said, “I was thrilled when Helpling approached me to co-design a method that prioritises comfort and quality in-home services. As someone constantly on the go, coming home to a clean and organised space feels like a true luxury.”

She added, “I wanted to create a service that not only meets the needs of busy Singaporeans but also elevates traditional cleaning into an experience of efficiency and care. Helpling has become my personal cleaning fairy godmother, ensuring my home is sparkling for Chinese New Year. I’m so grateful for the extra helping hands.”

Irene’s vision was to address a real pain point faced by many urban households: the need for high-quality home cleaning that fits seamlessly into busy lifestyles.

What is The SuperHelper Method?

The SuperHelper Method is designed to deliver a premium cleaning experience, combining practicality with functionality. Helpling’s housekeepers undergo over 200 hours of hotel-standard training, ensuring every aspect of the service meets professional hospitality benchmarks.

Beds are styled with crisp linens, expertly fluffed pillows, and a polished finish reminiscent of five-star hotel rooms. Clothes and linens are taken care of through Helpling’s FreshPress laundry service, ensuring they are cleaned, pressed, and ready for wear.

At the heart of the SuperHelper Method lies a detailed 50-point cleaning checklist, ensuring no corner of the home – from high shelves to hidden nooks – is overlooked. This meticulous approach is paired with minimalist tidying techniques inspired by global decluttering trends. The goal is to create a space that is not only clean but also calm, functional, and inviting.

A shared commitment to quality and care

James Lim, Asia-Pacific Chief Executive Officer at Helpling, highlighted the natural synergy between the brand and Irene Ang. “Partnering Irene Ang was a natural choice. Her dedication to quality mirrors our own, and her insights into the household needs of multi-hyphenated professionals have been instrumental in creating the SuperHelper Method. Together, we aim to transform how people experience their homes, especially during this significant time of the year.”

Beyond cleaning, Helpling is also expanding its caregiving services. The SuperCare initiative provides part-time caregiving support for elderly family members, underlining Helpling’s commitment to holistic home care solutions.

As Singaporeans prepare to welcome the Year of the Snake, the SuperHelper Method promises to bring ease, efficiency, and a touch of hotel luxury into homes across the nation.
