KAST selects Okta’s Auth0 to support secure user growth

KAST adopts Okta’s Auth0 to improve login speed, reliability, and security as it scales its stablecoin fintech platform across global markets.

KAST, a Hong Kong-based fintech platform, has chosen Okta’s Auth0 to power its user authentication, enabling a more secure and seamless login experience for its growing customer base. The integration supports KAST’s rapid expansion and reflects its focus on delivering global financial services built on trust and usability.

Founded in 2024, KAST is a stablecoin-driven platform that allows users to spend and save money globally. It has already onboarded more than 100,000 users and continues to grow across regions. To support this scale, the team sought a robust identity platform that could offer strong security, flexibility, and a smooth user experience.

Improving security without disrupting the user journey

KAST integrated the Auth0 identity platform to help manage login and authentication for its users more efficiently. The company noted improvements in both login speeds and authentication reliability, especially during peak traffic periods. Importantly, these gains were achieved without disrupting users.

“As we built our platform from the ground up, selecting the right identity provider was crucial,” said Raagulan Pathy, Co-founder of KAST. “Auth0’s robust security features, scalability, and developer-friendly APIs aligned perfectly with our goals. It enabled us to enhance our security posture and ensure a smooth user experience.”

Auth0’s architecture allowed KAST to roll out stronger security measures while keeping user friction low. The modular setup also gives the fintech company the ability to adapt as needs evolve, including adopting new authentication standards and implementing additional controls.

Supporting scale in a fast-moving fintech environment

With digital financial services expanding across Asia and beyond, KAST’s focus on strong identity controls reflects a growing need for secure and scalable infrastructure in the fintech space.

“KAST exemplifies how forward-thinking companies can leverage modern identity solutions to build trust and scale effectively,” said Ben Goodman, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific and Japan at Okta. “We’re proud to support KAST in their mission to provide secure and seamless financial services to a global audience.”

The move positions KAST to scale rapidly while maintaining a high level of security and performance. As user acquisition accelerates, the partnership with Okta’s Auth0 gives KAST the technical foundation to deliver consistent, secure access across markets.
