LG wins multiple CES 2025 innovation awards

LG wins over 20 CES 2025 awards, including three Best of Innovation Awards, highlighting its smart life solutions, OLED TVs, and gaming monitors.

LG Electronics has received widespread acclaim for its innovative smart life solutions at the CES 2025 Innovation Awards. The company secured more than 20 awards, including three coveted Best of Innovation Awards, highlighting its leadership in design and technology.

The CES Innovation Awards, organised annually by the Consumer Technology Association, recognise outstanding consumer products and services across various categories. As the world’s largest consumer technology event, CES provides a global stage for showcasing groundbreaking technologies.

Top honours for LG OLED TV and webOS platform

Among LG’s accolades, the LG OLED TV stood out with six awards, including the Best of Innovation Award in the Video Displays category. This marks the third consecutive year the LG OLED TV has earned this top honour. Since its debut in 2013, LG’s OLED TV range has consistently been recognised, cementing its position as a leader in the premium television market.

LG’s webOS smart TV platform also received recognition with an Innovation Award in the Cybersecurity category. This award underscores LG’s efforts to prioritise digital security in its connected devices. Additionally, LG’s “Affectionate Intelligence” AI home hubs, key components of its “AI Home” concept, were celebrated for bringing cutting-edge value to smart home living.

Pioneering smart home and gaming innovations

LG’s Self-Driving AI Home Hub, which earned awards in both the AI and Smart Home categories, demonstrates the brand’s focus on advanced multimodal sensing. This technology integrates voice, sound, and image recognition, providing seamless interaction within the home. LG ThinQ ON, another key innovation, won an award for its role as the central hub for managing home appliances and IoT devices, ensuring continuous connectivity powered by generative AI.

Gamers also benefited from LG’s innovation, as the LG UltraGear OLED Gaming Monitor captured three awards, including the prestigious Best of Innovation Award in the Gaming & eSports category. Combining OLED’s exceptional picture quality with a gamer-friendly design, the monitor also earned recognition in the Imaging category, highlighting its broad appeal.

Recognition across diverse categories

In addition to its achievements in home entertainment and smart living, LG impressed judges with its cutting-edge products across various categories. These include the LG gram Pro 2-in-1, LG MyView Smart Monitor, LG UltraFine monitor, and LG CineBeam projector. This broad success demonstrates LG’s ability to influence multiple areas of technology.
