LG launches energy-saving TV promotion in Singapore

From 1 August to 30 September 2024, enjoy a S$300 discount on select LG OLED and QNED TVs in Singapore, promoting energy-efficient entertainment.

LG Electronics has announced a significant discount on its top-rated OLED and QNED televisions as part of its latest initiative to promote energy efficiency and sustainability. From 1 August to 30 September 2024, customers in Singapore can enjoy a S$300 discount on selected models, an offer to encourage the adoption of more environmentally friendly home entertainment technologies.

A commitment to eco-friendly entertainment

The promotion applies to LG’s larger models, including OLED TVs 65 inches and above (models M4, G4, C4, B4) and QNED TVs 86 inches and above (models QNED89/86/80). These televisions are distinguished not only by their superior performance and quality but also by their environmentally conscious design. Featuring four ticks on the Energy Labels—a recognition of their energy efficiency—these models are part of LG’s commitment to promoting sustainable consumer habits.

LG’s OLED televisions are particularly noted for their sustainability from production through to disposal. With designs that include no backlight and largely metal casings, these TVs reduce the use of plastics, aligning with LG’s broader environmental goals. Moreover, the 2024 OLED evo models have garnered multiple eco-certifications, including the Reducing CO2 and Measured CO2 certifications from the Carbon Trust, along with the Environmentally Evaluated Mark from Société Générale de Surveillance SA (SGS). This marks the fourth consecutive year LG’s ESG initiatives have been recognised.

Simplifying the green choice

LG’s promotion simplifies the transition to more sustainable technology by eliminating the need for a redemption process. Customers can immediately benefit from the substantial savings offered, making switching to eco-friendly options easier and more appealing. This strategy aligns with LG’s ongoing efforts to develop products that enhance the consumer experience and contribute positively to environmental conservation.

By choosing LG’s energy-efficient TVs, consumers contribute to fostering a greener and more sustainable future, aligning their home entertainment choices with their ecological values.
