Razer’s popular Kraken Kitty V2 headsets get new colour options

Razer's Kraken Kitty V2 headsets get new White and Black colour options, expanding the lineup. Find out more about the updated styles and pricing.

Razer’s famous cat ear headphones, the Kraken Kitty V2 series, are getting a fresh look with new colour options. Already a well-known accessory among gamers and streamers, these headsets are now available in additional shades, offering more ways to match your setup.

New colour options for the Kraken Kitty V2

Previously available in Quartz (a soft pink hue), the Kraken Kitty V2 and V2 BT models are now offered in White. This new option brings a sleek and stylish touch, featuring pink-to-light-purple accents that enhance the headset’s ‘kawaii’ aesthetic. Adding White fills a notable gap in the lineup, making it a welcome choice for those who prefer a more neutral colour scheme.

In addition, Razer has introduced its signature Black-and-Green colourway for the Kraken Kitty V2 BT. Since Black and Green have been Razer’s signature colours since the brand’s early days, it is surprising that this option was not previously available in the V2 BT range. Now, fans of Razer’s classic look can enjoy their favourite cat ear headset in a colour that represents the brand’s identity.

With these updates, the base and Bluetooth versions of the Kraken Kitty V2 are now available in White, Black, and Quartz. Previously, the colour options across the different variants were inconsistent, making it difficult for users to coordinate their Razer setups. Now, with all three main colours available across the lineup, you can more easily match your headset with your other gaming gear.

However, one headset remains without a White version—the Kraken Kitty V2 Pro. The V2 Pro is still only available in Quartz and Black, meaning those looking for a White version of the Pro model may have to wait and see if Razer decides to expand its colour options further.

Chroma RGB lighting stays

Like the previous versions, these new colour options feature Razer’s signature Chroma RGB lighting. This means you can customise the lighting on the headset’s cat ears, personalising your setup with different colours and effects. Whether you prefer a soft glow or a bright, attention-grabbing display, the Chroma RGB feature ensures that your headset remains as eye-catching as ever.

Availability and pricing

The newly introduced Kraken Kitty V2 in White and the Kraken Kitty V2 BT in White and Black are now available for purchase on Razer’s official website. They are priced at US$115, the same as the existing colour variants, ensuring that the new options remain accessible without any additional cost.

With these latest updates, Razer continues to cater to its diverse fan base, offering more customisation options for one of its most beloved gaming accessories. Whether you prefer a cute pastel look, a clean white aesthetic, or a bold black-and-green style, the Kraken Kitty V2 lineup now has something for everyone.
