Rubrik introduces Agent Cloud to accelerate secure enterprise AI adoption

Rubrik launches Agent Cloud, a new platform enabling enterprises to monitor, govern, and undo AI agent actions across major platforms.

Rubrik has announced the launch of Rubrik Agent Cloud, a new solution designed to help enterprises adopt AI agents at scale while managing associated risks. The platform provides organisations with the ability to monitor, govern, and remediate AI agents across different platforms, including OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Amazon Bedrock.

As enterprises increasingly integrate AI into their operations, Rubrik highlights both the opportunities and risks of this transformation. Agentic AI systems can introduce challenges such as hallucinations or vulnerabilities to malicious manipulation. Rubrik Agent Cloud aims to mitigate these risks by providing visibility into agent actions, enforcing real-time guardrails, improving accuracy, and enabling organisations to reverse unwanted or incorrect actions.

“IT and security leaders often don’t know what their AI agents are doing or how to undo their mistakes,” said Bipul Sinha, CEO, Chairman, and Co-Founder of Rubrik. “AI agents have the potential to cause ten times the damage in a tenth of the time. With Rubrik Agent Cloud, we uniquely address this challenge by leveraging our leadership in data, identity, and resilience to help our customers deploy AI agents with peace of mind.”

Comprehensive lifecycle management

Rubrik Agent Cloud provides full lifecycle management for AI agents, covering observability, governance, and remediation. Built on the Rubrik Platform, which integrates data, identity, and application contexts, the solution aims to offer enterprise-grade control, security, and efficiency.

The Agent Monitor component automatically discovers and maps active agents across major platforms and continuously tracks their activity. It provides immutable audit trails that capture data from multiple contexts to ensure transparency and accountability.

Agent Govern gives enterprises tools to define and enforce policies in real time. It allows teams to control agent behaviour, manage access, and integrate with existing identity systems for secure and compliant operations. This helps organisations maintain oversight and ensure agents operate within approved parameters.

The Agent Remediate feature, which builds on Rubrik’s previously announced Agent Rewind technology, goes beyond observability to allow precise rollback of undesirable or destructive actions. This ensures data protection and business continuity by enabling recovery without downtime or data loss.

Enabling secure AI transformation

According to Rubrik, the launch of Agent Cloud reinforces its position as a leader in security and AI operations. The company says the solution allows enterprises to adopt AI agents confidently, supporting innovation while maintaining control and compliance.

Rubrik Agent Cloud is currently available through limited early access for select customers, with additional features expected to roll out in future updates. Interested organisations can register for early access and upcoming webinars through Rubrik’s website.

Rubrik, listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker RBRK, specialises in data security, cyber resilience, and AI-driven operations. Its portfolio includes Rubrik Security Cloud and now Rubrik Agent Cloud, both designed to enhance enterprise resilience and enable trusted AI adoption.
