Samsung unveils its 2025 AI Home experience in Southeast Asia

Samsung reveals its 2025 AI Home vision with Bespoke appliances in Southeast Asia, combining convenience, AI features, and smart controls.

You’ve now had a glimpse of the future of home living as Samsung kicked off its 2025 Southeast Asia Tech Seminar in Bangkok, Thailand. The tech giant introduced its groundbreaking Bespoke AI Home appliance line-up in front of an audience of around 50 key media representatives and experts from Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

This year’s seminar focuses on the vision of an AI-powered smart home—one that is simple to use, energy-efficient, caring, and safe. Using SmartThings as the central ecosystem, Samsung showed off its latest appliances designed to offer more convenience, control, and customisation than ever before.

Smarter living with Bespoke AI appliances

You were invited to experience Samsung’s AI Home Vision when you entered the venue. The concept centres around home appliances that are not only intelligent but also designed to save you time and energy while caring for your family and keeping your home secure through SmartThings integration.

The spotlight fell on several headline-grabbing new devices equipped with intuitive touchscreens for seamless operation. The Bespoke AI Family Hub, the side-by-side refrigerator, and the all-in-one washer-dryer unit led the way. These advanced products bring you closer to a more connected and efficient home environment.

Samsung also introduced its Fully Automatic AI Bubble Washing Machine, which can automatically sense the weight and fabric type of your laundry to customise the wash cycle. For your cleaning needs, the Bespoke AI Jet 400W and the Bespoke AI Steam robot vacuum were on display, showcasing automated features to make cleaning less of a chore.

Next-gen climate control and voice-activated convenience

In addition to household appliances, Samsung highlighted its latest air conditioning systems, a product segment seeing strong growth in Southeast Asia. These air conditioners are equipped with Wind-Free technology, delivering comfort without the blast of cold air and helping to maintain an even room temperature while saving energy.

What truly impressed the crowd was how effortlessly you could control these devices using Samsung’s SmartThings platform. The new SmartThings Map View lets you monitor and manage not just your appliances but a wide range of IoT devices like lighting and switches throughout your home. It puts full control at your fingertips from anywhere.

The seminar also demonstrated key AI features that make everyday tasks more effortless. One such feature is Bixby’s Auto Open Door, which lets you open the refrigerator by voice command—a great hands-free solution when your hands are full. The AI Custom Wash adapts the washing machine settings based on your laundry type. At the same time, AI Energy Saving Mode helps reduce your power usage automatically, keeping your bills lower and your household greener.

Looking ahead to an AI-powered home future

With Samsung’s 2025 Bespoke AI range, you’re not just getting smarter appliances—you’re stepping into a new era of smart, sustainable, and thoughtful living. With the Southeast Asian market being an important growth area for the brand, Samsung’s vision is clearly set on shaping the future of homes in the region.

From automated laundry to voice-activated doors and AI-powered climate control, Samsung’s latest innovations aim to redefine what it means to live in a smart home. The 2025 Tech Seminar has shown that the future is not just coming—it’s already here and more connected than ever.
