SteelSeries unveils the Arctis Nova 5 wireless headset for multi-platform gaming

SteelSeries introduces the Arctis Nova 5 Wireless headset, offering versatile connectivity and customisable audio for gamers across multiple platforms.

SteelSeries has launched its latest gaming headset, the Arctis Nova 5 Wireless, designed for gamers who play across various platforms. This new addition to the SteelSeries lineup offers a mid-range option that combines versatility with quality, making it ideal for gamers looking for a reliable all-rounder.

Versatile connectivity with the Quick Switch feature

The Arctis Nova 5 Wireless is equipped with both Bluetooth 5.3 and 2.4GHz wireless connectivity, allowing you to switch between devices easily. Whether you’re gaming on a console, PC, or mobile device, the Quick Switch Wireless button lets you toggle between connections seamlessly. This feature ensures you can take phone calls without missing a beat, even when the in-game action intensifies.

This headset is compatible with various platforms, making it a versatile choice for gamers. It works with popular gaming consoles like Xbox and PlayStation and handheld devices like the Nintendo Switch and Meta Quest. Additionally, the Arctis Nova 5 Wireless is compatible with Android and iOS phones and tablets, perfect for mobile gamers who want high-quality audio on the go.

Customisable audio with companion apps

One of the standout features of the Arctis Nova 5 Wireless is the Nova 5 companion app. This app has game-specific audio presets carefully crafted by audio engineers, eSports professionals, and game developers. With support for over 100 game titles, there’s a high chance that your favourite game already has a preset available, giving you an edge in gameplay. The best part? You can switch between these presets in real-time without leaving your game.

In addition to the Nova 5 app, SteelSeries offers the Sonar Audio Software Suite, allowing even more personalised audio adjustments. With this software, you can control the audio details across your games, team chats, and microphone settings, fine-tuning your sound experience to your liking.

The Arctis Nova 5 Wireless features a ClearCast microphone for clear communication with teammates. This mic supports up to 32kHz/16-bit audio and includes Sonar AI-Powered Noise Cancellation, which works to reduce background noise, ensuring that your voice comes through loud and clear.

Long-lasting battery and pricing details

SteelSeries claims that the Arctis Nova 5 Wireless offers up to 60 hours of battery life, so you can game for extended periods without worrying about recharging. When recharging, the USB-C port provides a quick boost, offering six hours of battery life with just 15 minutes of charging.

The Arctis Nova 5 Wireless has three versions: a standard wireless model, an Xbox-compatible version, and a PlayStation-compatible variant. In Singapore, the pricing is as follows:

  • SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5 Wireless: S$229
  • SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5X Wireless: S$239
  • SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5P Wireless: S$239

You can purchase these headsets from SteelSeries’ official Singapore platforms, such as Shopee and Lazada.
