Bowers & Wilkins unveil updated headphones and McLaren-themed earbuds in Singapore

Bowers & Wilkins launches Px7 S3 headphones and Pi8 McLaren earbuds in Singapore. These headphones blend high-quality sound with comfort and stylish design.

Bowers & Wilkins has refreshed its audio lineup in Singapore, introducing the next-generation Px7 S3 wireless headphones and the new McLaren Edition of their Pi8 true wireless earbuds. If you’re looking for top-tier sound with added style and advanced features, these latest releases are worth a look.

Experience upgraded comfort and sound with the Px7 S3 headphones

If you’ve used earlier versions of the Px7 headphones, you’ll immediately notice a difference with the new Px7 S3. The design has been reworked to improve both comfort and sound quality. This latest model is slimmer and lighter, and the carrying case is more compact, too.

Bowers & Wilkins have added a new headband and arm system that offers a better fit over your head. The memory foam earpads have also been improved, making them more comfortable for long listening sessions. The 40mm drivers have been fully redesigned with updated chassis, suspension, voice coils, and magnets. Only the cone material remains the same from the previous model.

The built-in dedicated headphone amplifier is a standout new feature, which brings more power and clarity to your music. As a wireless headphone, the Px7 S3 supports Qualcomm’s AptX Adaptive and AptX Lossless, delivering high-resolution audio at 24-bit/96kHz. USB-C and 3.5mm cables are included in the box for wired use.

You’ll also find support for Bluetooth LE Audio, Auracast, and the new LC3 codec. While active noise cancelling is still present, the brand says it’s now more balanced to preserve sound quality. The headphones use eight microphones for better voice clarity and noise management and ADI’s Pure Voice tech for calls.

Battery life remains strong, with 30 hours of playtime on a full charge. A 15-minute quick charge gives you up to seven more hours of listening. The Px7 S3 pairs with the B&W Music app, where you can set custom EQ levels or activate True Sound mode for a balanced, studio-quality sound.

You’ll also find some applicable physical controls on the earcups. There’s a Quick Action button that you can customise or use to switch through ANC modes and activate your phone’s voice assistant. The new layout of the buttons makes operation more intuitive.

Another exciting addition is support for spatial audio built into the headphones themselves. B&W’s Southwater Research Establishment developed this feature, which will be available via a firmware update after launch.

The Px7 S3 is priced at S$699 and launches on May 14, 2025. You can find it at TC Acoustic’s website, the Sonos Flagship Store, TC Acoustic Store, and their official shops on Lazada and Shopee. It comes in Anthracite Black, Indigo Blue, and Canvas White.

Pi8 McLaren Edition adds racing style to great sound

If you’re a fan of F1 or love a bold design, the new Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 McLaren Edition true wireless earbuds may catch your eye. These earbuds are part of the brand’s partnership with McLaren Automotive, who’ve named B&W their Official Audio Partner for the Formula 1 Team.

The McLaren Edition takes the Pi8’s balanced and natural sound profile and wraps it in the racing brand’s iconic colours. You’ll notice a mix of McLaren Papaya Orange and Galvanic Grey, making the earbuds feel more like a collector’s item than just audio gear.

In terms of sound, the Pi8 offers a neutral tone with deep bass and clear trebles. The noise cancelling is solid, and the overall experience is tuned to give you a well-rounded audio performance, perfect for both music and calls.

This special edition is slightly higher priced because of its limited status. The Pi8 McLaren Edition costs S$849 and is available at the same retail spots as the Px7 S3: TC Acoustic’s website, their physical stores, and online on Lazada and Shopee.

Where to buy both in Singapore

Whether you’re after the studio-quality sound and comfort of the Px7 S3 or the unique style of the McLaren Edition Pi8 earbuds, you’ll find both at:

  • TC Acoustic’s official website
  • Sonos Flagship Store and TC Acoustic Store
  • Lazada and Shopee via TC Acoustic

Both products offer the latest in design and performance, wrapped up in styles that match your preferences—whether refined or bold.
