GameMax unveils Blade Concept ATX case with bold design and powerful features

[output_post_excerpt]

GameMax has introduced a bold new addition to its PC case lineup — the Blade Concept ATX. This might be if you’re after a standout case for your custom PC build. With a design inspired by a lion’s claws, the Blade Concept follows GameMax’s recent rebrand that centres around a powerful lion theme. But it’s not just the sharp, aggressive look turning heads — the Blade Concept offers style and substance.

A case that blends bold style with smart function

From the moment you see it, the Blade Concept stands out thanks to its blade-like metal panels that sweep up from the front to the top of the case. These aren’t just for show. GameMax has carefully placed a unique material between each panel — a metal and high-strength nylon weave blend. This acts as a dust filter while letting your build breathe, which is especially useful since the Blade Concept is an open-air case with no panels on either side.

You also won’t miss the green highlights along the metal blades. These strips aren’t just painted — they’re addressable RGB LEDs. That means you can customise the lighting to match your setup or give your case a full light show. Whether you’re going for a subtle glow or a dramatic pulse, the Blade Concept offers you the tools to make it happen.

Designed for serious PC enthusiasts

This case isn’t for the casual builder. GameMax has the enthusiast in mind with the Blade Concept. The case supports graphics cards up to 400mm in length, and it even includes space for a vertically-mounted GPU with a full three-slot allowance. This makes it ideal for those building a powerful gaming or creative workstation.

But there’s a twist — the Blade Concept doesn’t support individual case fans. Instead, it’s built to support a 360mm radiator, meaning liquid cooling is the way to go. While this may not appeal to those seeking a more traditional setup, it does open up advanced cooling possibilities for high-performance builds.

Another clever feature is the modular I/O panel. You can switch it to face either the left or right side of the case, especially if your PC needs to sit against a wall or inside a tight space. The panel includes 2x USB 3.0 ports, 1x USB-C Gen2 port, and a combination audio jack — all the essentials for modern setups.

Price and availability

As for when you can get your hands on it, GameMax hasn’t confirmed local release details just yet. However, they have announced that the Blade Concept ATX case will launch with a suggested retail price of US$240.99. That price tag and its unique look and high-end features indicate that this case is aimed at premium PC builds.

If you’re looking for a head-turning case that offers more than flashy looks and is ready to work with liquid cooling, the Blade Concept ATX might be what your next build needs.
