Indiana Jones and the Great Circle launches on PS5 this April

[output_post_excerpt]

PlayStation 5 players will soon experience Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, as the game is set to launch on the console on April 17. Previously available only on Xbox Series X|S and PC, this action-packed adventure from MachineGames brings the thrill of archaeology and mystery to a new audience.

The game, which was well received last year, stays true to the spirit of the beloved Indiana Jones franchise. It delivers an engaging story, exciting gameplay, and a faithful adaptation of the iconic archaeologist’s adventures. Now is your chance if you’ve been waiting to play it on PlayStation.

Pre-order details and special editions

To celebrate the PS5 release, MachineGames has announced two editions of the game available for digital pre-order: Standard and Premium.

Both editions come with a pre-order bonus, The Last Crusade Pack, which includes a Travelling Suit Outfit and a Lion Tamer Whip. The Premium Edition offers even more extras, giving players access to a Temple of Doom Outfit, a digital artbook, and The Order of Giants Story DLC once it is officially released. Additionally, Premium Edition buyers will enjoy early access to the game starting April 15, two days before its official launch.

The game is also PS5 Pro Enhanced, ensuring better performance on the upgraded console version.

New gameplay features coming soon

Alongside the PS5 release, MachineGames is introducing new abilities to enhance gameplay. Starting April 15, all players, regardless of platform, will have access to these new features. Open Season increases the damage enemies take after being hit with Indy’s whip, making combat more strategic. Sleight of Hand allows players to disarm enemies and send their weapons flying toward Indy, adding a new layer of interaction to battles. These additions will be available as a free update for all players.

Pricing and availability

Digital pre-orders for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle are now open on the PlayStation Store. The Standard Edition costs S$99.90, while the Premium Edition costs S$136. Though prices may vary, physical copies will also be available through local retailers.

With the PlayStation launch just weeks away, fans of adventure games and Indiana Jones alike can look forward to stepping into Dr. Jones’ boots for an epic new journey.
