Salesforce celebrates 2024 ASEAN Partner of the Year Award winners

[output_post_excerpt]

Salesforce has honoured its top partners in the ASEAN region, announcing the winners of the 2024 ASEAN Partner of the Year Awards at the recent Agentforce Partner Summit in Singapore.

The awards recognise the vital contributions of Salesforce partners across ASEAN, highlighting their innovation, customer success, and the transformative solutions they deliver to customers in the region. The Partner Summit brought together leaders from across the Salesforce ecosystem to explore strategies for unlocking growth and new opportunities with Agentforce.

Agentforce is the agentic layer of the Salesforce Platform, designed to deploy autonomous AI agents across different business functions. Through the combination of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Customer 360 applications, Salesforce enables businesses, developers, and partners to build AI agents that collaborate with humans to deliver exceptional customer success.

Celebrating innovation and customer impact

Appistoki was named the overall ASEAN Partner of the Year, recognised for its strong participation in the partner ecosystem and its commitment to delivering transformative solutions for customers across the region. Accepting the award, Abhijeet Kulkarni, Co-Founder and CEO at Appistoki, said, “We are honoured to be recognised as the ASEAN Partner of the Year for 2024. We are a 100% Salesforce shop, and Salesforce’s comprehensive suite of solutions and dedication to enabling partner growth allow us to deliver unparalleled value to our customers. We look forward to a continued partnership, architecting the success of businesses and helping them thrive in the digital age.”

Deloitte received the Innovation Award for helping their client deliver personalised consumer journeys and post-purchase experiences that deepen brand loyalty. This was achieved by centralising customer records and launching a loyalty platform.

Meanwhile, PwC won the Impact Award for its work enabling underbanked and underserved minority groups in Malaysia to access financial services more easily, promoting financial transparency, security, and convenience.

Recognising rising stars and growth leaders

Ignite Idea, a new entrant to the Salesforce partner ecosystem, was named Rising Star. Despite joining only in the past year, Ignite Idea achieved notable success in customer satisfaction, business growth, and overall impact.

Valuehub was honoured with the Growth Award for its rapid scaling over the past year. The company achieved strong customer growth and significantly increased the number of Salesforce-certified consultants it trained and supported.

Ranosys received the Customer Success Award for its focus on customer experience, reflected in exceptionally positive customer feedback over the last year.

PT Metrodata was also recognised with the Cloud Reseller Award, celebrating their achievements among cloud resellers in the region.

A strong commitment to customer success

Sujith Abraham, Senior Vice President and General Manager for ASEAN at Salesforce, underlined the critical role partners play in the ecosystem. He said, “Salesforce Partners are key to our customers’ success, with up to 70% of all Salesforce implementations being led by consulting partners. Partners are key enablers, unlocking growth and new opportunities for customers in the region with Agentforce and our deeply unified platform. This year’s ASEAN Partner Awards winners are leading the way in innovation, delivering measurable impact and setting a new standard for customers as we enter the agentic era.”

Finalists were also recognised in each award category. AFR Consulting and Oak Consulting were finalists for the Growth Award, while Valuehub and PT Solusion Digital competed for the Rising Star Award. Ranosys and NCS were finalists for the Innovation Award, and UST Global was a finalist for the Impact Award. Valuehub and Techmatrix joined Ranosys as finalists for the Customer Success Award, while Accenture and Deloitte were also shortlisted for ASEAN Partner of the Year. TMS and Telcowin were the finalists for the Cloud Reseller Award.

Salesforce continues to support its partners across ASEAN as they drive innovation and customer success with AI-powered solutions.
