Vidacity opens One-North hub to expand startup testing and deployment pathways in Singapore
Vidacity opens One-North hub to support startup testing, pilot deployment, and commercialisation in Singapore’s innovation ecosystem.
Vidacity has launched a second Singapore site at LaunchPad @ One-North, expanding its infrastructure for startups to test and deploy solutions in real-world environments. The new facility is positioned as a working space for early-stage validation and commercialisation, targeting ventures that require access to industry partners and pilot opportunities.

The 32,000 sq ft site opens fully occupied, with four tenant partners and a dedicated space for pop-up activations. Over the next five years, Vidacity plans to support up to 200 additional companies and facilitate 80 pilot deployments across agrifood, the built environment, and energy sectors.
Focus on deployment over early-stage ideation
The One-North site builds on Vidacity’s first location in Pasir Ris, where it has supported 30 collaborations and pilot projects over two years. The expansion reflects continued demand for environments where startups can move from concept development into testing and validation.
The launch was officiated by Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Trade and Industry. It comes amid ongoing challenges for startups in securing access to testbeds, industry partnerships, and pathways to commercial adoption.
Zac Toh, Founder and Director of Vidacity, said the hub is designed to address this gap. “More than encouragement and networking, founders ultimately need real places to test, real partners to work with, and a clearer route from early validation to actual deployment. Vidacity @ One-North is meant to be useful in that very practical sense. We want startups, enterprises, and research-driven ventures to be able to come here and find the right conversations, the right partners and the right opportunities to move forward.”
The site forms part of the reimagined LaunchPad initiative announced in March 2026, alongside broader efforts to strengthen Singapore’s startup infrastructure and ecosystem support.
Partnerships structured around validation and scaling
The launch includes a set of partnerships aimed at supporting different stages of the startup lifecycle, from research spin-offs to commercial deployment.
Collaboration with the Urban Solutions & Sustainability Innovation & Enterprise Office, hosted by A*STAR, focuses on connecting research-driven ventures to Vidacity’s programmes. These include VidaCircle and VidaCapital Academy, with an emphasis on market validation and venture development.
Work with JTC centres on proof-of-concept opportunities across LaunchPad @ One-North and Punggol Digital District. Startups will gain access to Vidacity’s regional network, enabling pilot deployments both locally and in overseas markets. The partnership also provides access to corporate, investor, and ecosystem networks tied to both organisations.
Engagement with ACE.SG focuses on founder referrals and ecosystem connectivity. Startups within either network can be directed to relevant programmes, spaces, and opportunities, while both organisations collaborate on events and community initiatives.
Vidacity is also planning an AI for Impact series with strategic partners, aimed at supporting responsible AI applications tied to industry and sustainability challenges.
Multi-tenant ecosystem for startup operations
The One-North site is structured as a multi-tenant environment that combines operational space with community and advisory support. It includes Stage One, which provides startup services such as setup, advisory, and capability-building, alongside VNTR Kitchen as a shared community space.
Additional facilities include N9 Offices for flexible workspace and a shared Lorong AI space on Level 3, designed to support collaboration among AI-focused teams.
The hub is intended to function as both a physical workspace and a coordination point for pilot deployments, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement, with an emphasis on practical execution rather than early-stage ideation.
